The Strategic Real Estate News Bulletin is written by Dr Lutz Luithlen in conjunction with StratREAL® Research Services.
The bulletin features topical news, issues and information on real estate, in particular investment strategies, changes to regulation affecting private and high net worth real estate investors, new property funds and investment products, as well as interesting events and property developments throughout the world.
Until recently Dr Luithlen was senior lecturer in the Department of Land Management at De Montfort University in Leicester, UK. He obtained his Doctorate on the political economy of office development from University College London, and currently holds a guest lectureship at the University of Applied Sciences in Stuttgart, Germany.
